This product is not available for Mac OS. You need to use Bootcamp to install Windows XP or 7 to have this application working in your Mac. This is the only way since there is no Mac release.
You can add audio to your video project by drag and drop option. Select an audio file from your computer and drop it to the background music track below the clip timeline. If you right-click on the placed file you can set the audio parameters. For further information you can check the page 77 and 80 from the official user guide.
I recently bought a Panasonic SDR-S7 camcorder and took some video footage of my daughter's wedding. I turned the camera screen to get a full length picture of the speeches, but now need to rotate the images before burning on to dvd as otherwise its round the wrong way when played back on the tv. I have installed motionsd studio supplied with the camera - not having much luck finding out how to do this - I am a complete novice, Help!

I'm having a similar problem... used camera for the first time this week, captured video long-way, tried to rotate in editing mode and have not been able to find a way. What did you eventually do to get image the correct way? (if you were ever able to)
This application is delivered with the products you have bought. The software is found on the support CD that was packaged with the product. You can download the updates to the application. You need to use support and contact the developer in order to find additional information regarding MotionSD Studio.
You have saved the video without the right format. Use a file manager (Total Commander is good for this operation) and navigate to where all the files are stored. Identify the extension used by the application and rename your files adding the extension to its ending, then open the files again.
